We are so delighted you are here, and we hope you find your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

As you settle in, here are a few notes that are helpful to be aware of:

Wifi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible through the network: Canadore Residences

Breakfast: Hot breakfast will be served each morning from 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. in the ground floor common room (near the tents). Be sure to try to make it down to breakfast on Friday morning as the SLT will be serving you the meal!

Agenda: You can always access the Summit agenda by scanning the QR code on your badge and clicking on the appropriate link on this page. Be sure to click the text rather than the icons.

Buses: Your badge indicates what Bus you are on. They will depart the residences each morning at 8:30 a.m. and all other scheduled meeting times are outlined in the agenda online. We have a tight schedule with lots of moving parts so please be on time for the buses.

Towels: Towels are provided in the washroom, but should you require any additional towels during your stay, they are readily available in Room 117.

Security: Canadore College Security staff is on duty 24/7 to ensure your safety and comfort. Should you need any assistance, the residence front desk is also available around the clock. You can reach them via email at northbay@stayrcc.com or by phone at 705-980-1301 ext. 0.

As we enjoy this time together, let’s remember that we are guests of Canadore College and ambassadors of ThinkOn. Some tips to keep this a positive experience:

• Keep the common rooms clean, noise levels manageable and beverages in red solo cups that have been provided for you. And friendly reminder, that no alcoholic beverages are allowed outside.

We want you to have fun, but to keep it respectful and responsible. Let’s make this event memorable for all the right reasons.
