If this is a P1 or P2 issue please call our 1-877-787-0306 to report the problem and send an email to requests@thinkon.com. Having an issue that’s less pressing? Skip the call and send all details to requests@thinkon.com.

How can I become a ThinkOn Partner?

Can I host my physical hardware in ThinkOn’s data center and connect it to the cloud?

Yes! ThinkOn offers colocation services across data centers that allow you to connect your physical hardware to the ThinkOn cloud. Reach out to sales@thinkon.com for more information.

Can we specify what data center we want to use?

It depends on the services, but that’s usually a yes.

Can we add additional services in the future and have them connected?

Absolutely! For example, Backup (BaaS) easily connects to Disaster Recovery (DRaaS) and then connects to hosting.

What technology do you support?

We support multiple technologies from VMware, Veeam, Commvault, Zerto, Cohesity, Dell and many more.

Can I buy directly from ThinkOn?

ThinkOn is a cloud service provider (CSP) that sells exclusively through channel partners. Please contact sales@thinkon.com to be connected with one of our partners.
